Welcome to PG Builders. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our platform. By continuing to use our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
By registering for an account or using PG Builders SaaS services, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements mentioned herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
PG Builders operates as a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS). Property Owners must subscribe to the Pro Plan at ₹499/month (or other published rates) to unlock and maintain access to the dashboard, room grid, reports, and tenant automation features. Payments must be processed through designated channels and verified via UTR verification.
Property owners generate a unique Owner Key upon registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your key and account. Any tenant registrations, rent modifications, or billing operations linked to your owner key are your responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information for your billing, properties, room allocations, and tenant lists. You shall not use PG Builders for any fraudulent operations, unlawful financial activities, or harassing communications (including automated WhatsApp reminders).
PG Builders provides hostel/PG management software "as is". We are not responsible for any disputes, unpaid rent, physical property damage, or communication failure between owners and tenants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PG Builders shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost revenues, or indirect damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in suspicious behavior. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
