These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operators of the SaaS platform ("The Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue access to and use of the Service.
The Service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist property owners, landlords, managers, and tenants in maintaining records, managing rooms and occupancies, tracking utility usage, generating bills, and maintaining transaction histories and related information.
The Service does not act as a bank, financial institution, escrow service, or intermediary for rent payments between tenants and property owners.
Rent and other payments are made directly between users using their preferred payment methods. The Service may provide tools for recording, tracking, and managing payment information, but does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the execution, success, failure, accuracy, or legality of transactions conducted between users.
Accordingly, the Service shall not be responsible for rent defaults, payment disputes, failed transfers, erroneous transactions, or any disagreements arising between tenants, property owners, managers, or other users.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts, authentication credentials, and active sessions.
By using the Service, users agree to:
The Service may be accessed through supported authentication methods made available from time to time. Users remain responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
Where information relating to minors or family members is entered into the platform, users are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained any required consent, authorization, or lawful authority.
Users agree not to:
The Service and all associated content, software, source code, user interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, branding, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the operators of the Service and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained in these Terms grants users any ownership rights in or to the Service or its intellectual property.
Subject to these Terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to access and use the Service solely for its intended purposes.
Subscription fees and other charges associated with the Service may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, levies, and governmental charges, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), in accordance with Indian laws.
Any applicable taxes or statutory charges will, where required, be calculated and displayed during the checkout or billing process before the completion of a transaction.
Users are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, charges, and fees associated with their use of the Service, except where such obligations are required by law to be borne by the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties regarding the continuous availability, reliability, security, or error-free operation of the Service.
Users acknowledge that interruptions, delays, maintenance activities, updates, network failures, third-party service outages, and other technical issues may occur from time to time.
Accordingly, the Service does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from service interruptions, delays, or temporary unavailability beyond our reasonable control.
The Service and any information, reports, calculations, invoices, records, templates, or other materials made available through the Service are provided solely for informational and record-keeping purposes.
Nothing contained within the Service shall be construed as legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, or professional advice.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and should seek advice from qualified legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advisors where appropriate.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts and access to the Service if we reasonably believe that a user has engaged in fraudulent activities, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, security threats, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Where reasonably practicable, users may be provided with prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation. However, we may immediately suspend or terminate access without prior notice where necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Service.
Termination or suspension of an account shall not limit any other rights or remedies available to the Service under applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied.
The Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, payment disputes, tenant-related disputes, or damages arising from service interruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Service arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by the affected user during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable laws, the courts having jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Service.
We may revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable laws, business practices, or other operational requirements.
Updated versions of these Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon publication on the Service or as otherwise specified.
Continued access to or use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
